Hassle-Free Cancellation Steps

To stop all future billing under the name Ptx*rezervly.io, please choose one of the following secure methods:

  1. Cancel via Email: Enter the email address you used during your initial registration. Click on "Send", your subscription is now canceled.
  2. Cancel via customer support: If you cannot recall the email address, send the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card being charged to the contact service. This allows our system to locate the Ptx*rezervly.io account and close it immediately.

Immediate Confirmation of Termination

Once you complete the process, the status of your Ptx*rezervly.io subscription will change to "Cancelled." You will receive an automated email as proof of this action. Please keep this for your records.

What Happens to My Access?

In most cases, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your concierge service until the end of the current billing cycle. After that date, no further charges for Ptx*rezervly.io will be made, and your access will expire.
